Usually we work through the agent rather than directly with the ultimate client, but in some cases our partners prefer that we work directly with their clients. With sufficient knowledge of all the parties and the business, we can be flexible in our approach and will comply with the requirements of the agent and always strive to comply fully with the introducer's needs. Please note that where we receive an instruction from an agent to work directly with their client, we are always happy to offer an introducer's fee. The due diligence requirements which apply to all our direct clients must also be met by all of our business partners.

REGISTRATION OF PATENTS & TRADEMARKS
In order to protect a company name, brand or product, an increasing number of our clients ask us to assist them with SWISS or EU patent or trademark registration. This is a complex process and must be undertaken properly. You may decide to make your company name, brand or product a trademark, allowing your clients to identify you easily. If this is the case, you should register your trademark as soon as possible to reserve and protect your exclusive rights to the name.
It is also important to conduct a search of existing trademark rights to ensure that you do not encounter problems; by using a name still protected by another company or individual, you could be required stop using it and be liable to pay damages and legal fees. In the same way, by registering your company name, brand or product as a trademark, other companies or individuals will be prevented from using it. We will be glad to look after the registration process for you in order to protect your company's most valuable assets.
READY-MADE PUBLIC COMPANIES
